The mixture is combined directly into a small ramekin making this recipe quick with easy clean-up. The dough is studded with sugar-free chocolate chips before it is “baked” to perfection in the microwave.
Do I need to add the avocado oil?
No, you can skip it and only add the almond butter. However, we like to add additional fat because some people's macros are higher, and they are looking to add fats to their daily intake. If adding the avocado oil, you will want to allow the cookie to cool and reabsorb any of the fat that has bubbled to the top.
What are other variations I can make?
If you want to mix things up, you can add sugar-free chocolate chips! These days sugar-free or stevia-sweetened chocolate chips come in all sorts of flavors.
What other nut butter can I use?
