Keto Sweet Vanilla Cream Cold Brew Coffee
Get ready to level up your coffee game with this vanilla-flavored creamy coffee. It is a delicious iced coffee beverage made with subtle cold brew and sweet vanilla cream. This drink is super easy to prepare and takes 10 minutes of active prep time.
What is cold brewed coffee?
Cold-brew is prepared by steeping coarse ground coffee in room temperature water in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours. The product is smoother, less bitter, and less acidic than coffee prepared with hot water. It is basically the coffee version of a slow-cooked meal; the flavors are more potent, and the drink quality is better.
What is the difference between iced coffee and cold-brew coffee?
Iced coffee is created by brewing hot coffee, then cooling it down and pouring it over Ice. Cooling hot coffee causes it to oxidize; thus, its flavor flattens and becomes more acidic. Cold-brew is a better option for cold Keto coffee recipes since it brews at a cold temperature, making it retain its flavors.
Can you use store-bought cold brew?
Yes, you can! If you want to save time or make this coffee recipe instantly, then, by all means, use a brand of Keto cold brew coffee that you prefer. Just prepare the sweet vanilla cream and combine it with th coffee.
Can you skip the sweetener?
If you are someone who prefers their morning coffee unsweetened, then yes, omit it. Also, you can increase the amount of sweetener if you like extra sweet coffee.
Can you drink this Keto coffee hot?
While cold brew coffee is usually served as iced coffee, you can heat it if that’s what you prefer. Heating it won’t ruin its smooth and subtle flavor. To prepare a hot version of this drink, skip the ice and make it in a mug. Microwave it for a couple of minutes until it’s warm.

If you want to make a single serving with less to wash, try putting 2 Tbsp whipping cream with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and liquid stevia to taste in a leak proof coffee cup and shake vigorously for about a minute. Then add the ice and cold coffee and enjoy!

Made for my husband, mother in law and myself. My husband is a huge coffee drinker and said it was really good! Also said it was strong. Which he likes. I’m not a big coffee drinker but I did like this one!
