Add the coconut yogurt and coconut milk to the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.Step 2
Whisk the mixture together until light and fluffy.Step 3
Add the syrup, salt and cocoa powder to the bowl.Step 4
Whisk again until soft peaks form and the mixture is completely smooth.Step 5
Divide between two ramekins and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm a little before serving.

This did not form soft peaks. It’s liquid. The yogurt alternative was not chunky, like it shows in the pictures. I added 1 cup whipped cream sweetened with Swerve to save it. It still wasn’t soft peaks, but tasted good.
