Keto Rosemary Apricot Glazed Ham
Here is a simple yet stunning Thanksgiving ham recipe. Store-bought ham is baked until hot and then smothered with a sugar-free, rosemary apricot glaze. It is a fun take on the classic brown sugar glazed ham. The method is one of the best ways to prepare a ham for Thanksgiving and appease any low carb guests.
How many minutes per pound of ham?
Ham should bake at 350 F for around 15 minutes per pound. Of course, temp the meat in the center of the thickest part before adding the glaze. It should read 145 F-165 F when finished. Once cooked to temp, add the glaze and bake for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
Is apricot jam Keto?
No sugar added apricot jam is used for this recipe and acceptable for Keto and low carb people!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place ham in a heavy casserole dish and cover with parchment paper and then tin foil. The parchment paper will help the tin foil avoid being in direct contact with the ham and allow for extra insulation. Bake the ham for about 30 minutes until hot. A temperature probe placed in the center of the thickest part should read at least 145F-165 F. Set it aside.Step 2
Combine the apricot jam and finely chopped rosemary to a small microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup. Heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until melted. Brush the ham with the glaze.Step 3
Bake the ham uncovered for 10-15 minutes until the glaze is nicely set.Step 4
Allow the ham to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
