Chili Powder
1 teaspoon
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Unsalted Butter
⅔ cup
Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
½ tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Bring the butter to room temperature so that it is very soft. Add to a mixing bowl along with the erythritol, chili powder, lime juice, salt and cocoa powder. Beat together until smooth and well combined.Step 2
Form the butter into a rough log shape, about 1.5 inches thick on a square of Saran Wrap or baking paper.Step 3
Tightly wrap the butter and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm and then slice to serve.

I put the compound butter right back into the waxed paper wrapper the butter came in, squared it back up and chilled. I used True Lime crystals in place of the lime juice.
