Add the butter to a bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.Step 2
Mince the garlic and add to the butter along with the paprika, lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley and black pepper. Mash together well to combine.Step 3
Spoon the butter into a sheet of baking paper or plastic wrap and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing the ends.Step 4
