this was absolutely delicious! I changed the seasonings around a bit with paprika, parsley, garlic powder and panko. I also made a lemon sauce to go with it. Very delicious 😋

Love this recipe (as does my husband) super delicious + decently easy to make. Tips: let the eggs warm up just a little it helps the "breading" to stick, 2 wipe excess egg still dripping from porkchop before putting in the coating (yes it does make a difference) and 3 when pressing in the coating press firmly - Flip press firmly again and shake gently and your coating should definitely stick. personally I changed up the spices omitted the thyme and instead added paprika, dried parsley and some garlic came out.

This was OK. Some of the coating fell off of mine, but it could just be because of the scratched up frying pan. No one really liked the lemon flavor. I didn't think it was too bad, but I don't think I'll make it again.

Did you heat the pan before placing chops onto pan? That helps me a lot to get pan to desired heat first❤️

This was great. I didn’t have any lemon zest so I used a little lemon pepper in place of the salt and pepper. Other than that I followed it exact. It was so juicy and flavorful. Whipped it up quick.

Made this on a wimp, I didn’t have any lemon so I didn’t use it but I did follow the rest of the recipe/ingredients and it was very good! Will be making it again.

I used pork rinds instead of almond flour. Did them in the air fryer and they were great. Great lemon taste

I don’t see Almond Flour being used. Am I missing something? I read Ground Almonds. Is that the same as Almond Flour?

My family absolutely loves this but I use ground up pork rinds instead of almond flour and it helps lower the carbs.

Cook as directed but when chops start to brown throw in oven to finish. Came out great. We made these with asparagus coated in Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
