Keto Dukkah Flatbread
Dukkah spice has a wonderful flavor and is made of a mixture of nuts like sesame seeds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews and herbs like coriander, fennel, and cumin. It makes for a great topping on this flatbread! Feel free to replace dukkah with any other seasoning!

I turned to google and ended up adding cumin, peppercorn, and a little bit of thyme. I loved it! It paired well with the coconut-lime shrimp recipe from this app.

You really could sub with any spice blend that's keto friendly. Homemade taco seasoning, smoked paprika, parmesan cheese....adapt it to the meal you are pairing it with!

What would you recommend using in place of Chihuahua Cheese, if it's not readily available?

Mozzarella cheese would be a great substitute!
