Cucumber, Raw, With Peel
2-¼ ounce
Cream Cheese
4 ounce
Bacon Bits, Pork
1-½ tablespoon
Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoon, shredded
Grape Tomato
4 grape

¼ ounce

Step 1
Slice 9, ¼-inch slices from a cucumber. Pat them dry between paper towels before piling them with toppings.Step 2
Make sure your cream cheese is room temp and softened before using a fork to mix in bacon bits and shredded cheddar.Step 3
Spread about ½ TB of cream cheese filling on top of each slice of cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and finely shred the lettuce, and arrange these on top of the cucumber bites. Press the ingredients gently into the cream cheese so they adhere.

Delicious! Next I will make with whipped cream cheese for a softer consistency and put them in “cucumber boats.” (Slice cuc in 1/2 horizontal, then halve those slice vertically, scoop out seeds if you want, put mixture on top of a cuc boat and eat!)

Yum! Very tasty and simple to assemble. Nice to bring to a party or other function. Make enough to share... at least you’ll know there’s something you can eat. ;- )
