Keto Ginger Lemon Detox Juice
Juicing is becoming increasingly popular since people realize that they don’t always get enough nutrients from food. Freshly squeezed juices bring a huge kick of easily absorbable vitamins and nutrients within minutes. This recipe doesn’t need a juicer; you only need a high-power blender or food processor to get this nourishing beverage.
What are the health benefits of Keto detox juice recipes?
Detox juice is an excellent way of getting as many nutrients from vegetables without eating them. Drinking this beverage on an empty stomach may help to eliminate toxins, improve digestion, and increase energy levels. The nutrients you’ll be consuming will depend on the type and quantity of vegetables, fruits, and greens you use. Celery is rich in vitamins A, K, and C and minerals like potassium and folate. It may also help lower cholesterol, treat constipation, reduce stress hormone levels, and fight inflammation. Ginger is loaded with antioxidants and may treat an upset stomach, headaches, and nausea. Cayenne pepper may help to increase the production of digestive fluid, send enzymes to the stomach to aid digestion, and provide extra protection against infections. The more veggies you add to Keto juice recipes, the more nutritious they are.
What juice is Keto-friendly?
Most juices containing vegetables only are Keto-friendly. Feel free to include fruit in your Keto juice recipes, but monitor the amount because carbs can add up quickly. Some Low-Carb fruits for juicing recipes include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
Can you customize this recipe?
Of course, you can! You can add as many ingredients as you want, as long as they are Keto-friendly. We recommend packing this juice with nutrient-rich greens like spinach, kale, chard, and herbs. Non-starchy vegetables like cucumbers and turmeric are also great. You will need to limit fruit since most of them are high in sugar.

I substituted fresh mint for the parsley and lime juice for the lemon. I found it more refreshing.
