Radish, Raw
2 large - 1" to 1 1/4" diameter
Hard Boiled Egg
2 medium
Baby Spinach
2 cup
Celery
1 large - stalk - 11" to 12" long
Red Onion
1 tablespoon
Blue Cheese
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Roughly dice the celery and thinly slice the radishes. Add to a large serving bowl along with the spinach and red onion. Toss to combine.Step 2
Quarter the eggs and add to the bowl. Season the salad with salt and pepper and drizzle over the olive oil, toss gently to combine.Step 3
Crumble the cheese into the salad to serve.
