Red Cabbage
1 medium head
Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Onions

Bacon
4 medium slice
Spices Cinnamon Ground

Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1
Slice the onion and cut the bacon into strips.Step 2
Heat the coconut oil in a large casserole dish over a low/medium heat and add the onion and bacon. Fry gently until the onion is tender and the bacon is just cooked – about 4/5 minutes.Step 3
Remove the outer leaves and the core from the red cabbage and slice finely.Step 4
Add the olive oil to the casserole dish along with the sliced cabbage, balsamic, salt and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.Step 5
Turn the heat to low and cover the dish. Cook on low for 45 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. The cabbage should be tender and sweet.

Line 4 days add butter. I do not see butter on the ingredients list. Olive oil however is there but not used in instructions
