Keto Wasabi Ginger Deviled Eggs
If you’re a fan of the sweet & spicy combo, you’ll need to taste this yummy keto snack! These deviled eggs are filled with a spicy wasabi mixture and topped with fresh, cooling ginger. Real wasabi can be very difficult and expensive to find, so this recipe is made with the more standard wasabi paste (made with horseradish).

Step 1
Hard boil 3 eggs. For firm centers, the eggs should be boiled for 12 minutes before transferring them to an ice bath to cool.Step 2
Once your hard boiled eggs are cooled, peel away their shells. Slice each egg in half. Remove the boiled yolks and combine them in a small mixing bowl.Step 3
Use a fork or whisk to mash the cooked egg yolks together along with the mayo, wasabi, and stevia. Please adjust the amount of wasabi paste to your liking. Optional add-ins are a pinch of salt or pinch of pepper.Step 4
Transfer the egg mixture into a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner cut off. Fill each egg white with the wasabi yolks. You may also use a cupcake piping tip for a more upscale look. Then, top off each egg with a pinch of freshly grated ginger root.
