Easy Keto Bacon Frittata
Keto savory breakfast recipes don't have to be boring! This fantastic easy Keto bacon frittata is a perfect breakfast option for the entire family, whether Keto or not. It's super delicious and easy to prepare, with just a few ingredients you probably already have. We added some spinach to the recipe, but asparagus or broccoli would also work. You can also add some chili peppers or a few drops of your favorite hot sauce for some extra flavor, or add some more parmesan. Serve the frittata while fresh and warm. Enjoy!
Can I use some other type of cheese?
Absolutely! You can substitute the parmesan with some shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese. You can also omit the cheese entirely and replace butter with some more olive oil for a dairy-free version.
How to make this frittata pork-free?
You can simply replace your regular bacon with turkey bacon or thinly sliced smoked turkey breast.

Just made this today and it was delightful. I used sugar free bacon instead and subbed out the parm for sharp cheddar. My oven literally died so I made my fritata by steaming it in my electric skillet. Came out great and even though the portion is small it was very fulfilling!
