Keto 4th of July Strawberry Salad

This delicious salad will become one of your favorite Keto 4th of July recipes! It's super tasty, easy to make, and looks fantastic! This refreshing salad combines leafy greens, berries, and our wonderful maple-flavored dressing. We used some fresh goat cheese for this salad, but you can replace it with mozzarella or even some cotija cheese for a different flavor. You can also use some other leafy greens, such as spinach or lamb's lettuce, and adjust the amount according to your taste. Serve the salad immediately while fresh. Enjoy!

    Wash and roughly chop the lettuce and arugula. Crumble the cheese. Add the lettuce, arugula, basil, and goat cheese to a bowl. Toss to combine.

    Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, maple-flavored syrup, salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Whisk to combine.

    Wash and slice the strawberries. Wash the blueberries. Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to a bowl along with the prepared dressing. Toss to combine.
