    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, or until translucent.

    I’m still learning how to adapt recipes. I love carb manager app. This recipe says it serves 6, so I baked the ingredients in a 6 count muffin pan ( hoping that 1/6 of the recipe equals one serving) … Came out perfect and delicious. I froze the other 5 in zip-closure bags and now I can just pull one out, microwave and be out the door on my way to my volunteer work.
