Keto Frozen Strawberry Chocolate Slice
Cold and refreshing, these strawberry bars are full of chopped walnuts and toasted coconut flakes. They are drizzled with dark chocolate before freezing to make them a little extra indulgent. Great straight out of the freezer! Be sure to process the strawberries from frozen as it allows for small ice crystals and therefore a softer freeze so they are not too hard to eat frozen.

Walnuts
1 cup

Strawberries, Frozen, Unsweetened

Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free
⅓ cup, whole pieces - regular

Step 1
Add walnuts to a food processor and pulse well until crumbled.Step 2
Pour processed walnuts in a bowl with the toasted coconut flakes.Step 3
Add frozen strawberries to a food processor and pulse until very fine. Add sweetener and pulse to combine. Processing them while frozen will help it be softer when frozen and not a block of ice.Step 4
Add strawberries to walnut mixture and mix well. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.Step 5
Press into an 8” x 8” pan drizzle with chocolate and freeze until solid. Slice into 16 bars.
