Keto Microwave Parmesan Crisps are a wonderful Low Carb snack idea. These crisps, which you can purchase from the store, are super easy to make at home for a fraction of the cost. Small pieces of parmesan cheese are placed on parchment paper and microwaved until they bubble and crisp. After cooking, they easily remove from the paper to make another round of crisps.
How long do these take to make?
Each batch of parmesan crisps takes one minute on high in the microwave and yields about six pieces. Feel free to double, triple or quadruple the batch for more.
How long will these last?
The crisps will store for up to one week in an airtight container at room temperature (if they last that long) but are best eaten fresh!
What type of parmesan cheese do I use?
The only type of parmesan cheese that will work is a hard block. Do not use grated or shredded cheese.

Line a dinner plate with a piece of parchment paper. Cut the parmesan cheese into tiny pieces (about twelve from a one-ounce piece). Add six pieces to a plate making sure they have as much room as possible in between each other.Step 2
Microwave for one minute on high. Allow to cool enough to touch them.Step 3
Then peel them from the paper. Set aside as they will crisp as they cool. Eat immediately.

Filled that gap of something tasty, low carb to take out when people were eating nibbles. Funny everyone love's them instead of chippies and Crackers.

My favorite flavor is Parmesan crisps done in microwave. Other cheese works also.
