Salmon, Smoked

Avocado, Black Skin, California Type
1 each
Shrimp, Cooked From Fresh
¼ cup
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Dill Weed, Fresh
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.Step 2
Add the mayo, lemon juice, zest and dill to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.Step 3
Roughly dice the salmon and add to the bowl along with the shrimp. Season and mix to coat in the dressing.Step 4
To serve, divide the salmon mixture evenly between the two avocado halves.

Decadent lunch! Had to use dried dill so i prepared the filling 2 hours in advance to allow the dill to rehydrate and do its thing.
