Step 1
Add room temperature butter to a mixing bowl so that it is soft and mixable.Step 2
Finely chop the capers and dill and add to the bowl with the butter, along with the lemon zest. Mash everything together thoroughly to combine.Step 3
Lay out a square of saran wrap. Spoon the butter along the center of the square, then roughly mould it into a sausage shape with your hands.Step 4
Bring the edges of the wrap up around the butter, wrapping it tightly in a sausage shape. Twist the ends of the wrap securely to seal. Transfer to the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes.

Hi, this serves 8. The macros are based on 1/8th of the butter - which is roughly about 1 and 1/2 teaspoons.
