Ingredients
Ground Beef
7 ounce
Scallions
2 small - 3" long
Mushrooms
2 medium
Sesame Oil
1-½ teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon
Raw Egg
1 medium
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Cilantro
1 tablespoon
Cauliflower Rice
1 cup

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned all over.Step 2
Thinly slice the mushrooms, garlic and scallions and add to the pan with the browned beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes to soften. Add the cauliflower rice and stir well to combine.Step 3
Make a well in the middle of the beef mixture. Beat the egg and pour into the well. Leave to settle for a moment then use a wooden spoon to scramble into the stir fry until just cooked through.Step 4
Drizzle over the tamari sauce and sesame oil and stir well to combine. Scatter with fresh chopped cilantro to serve.

Really a good and fast dinner. I wanted more crunch and color, so I added 1/4 cup diced celery and 1/4 cup diced red pepper. I also added white pepper for a little kick

Very tasty. I used frozen cauliflower rice and cooked it in the microwave before mixing it in. I added some fresh lime juice as well. Gave it a little zing. Will make this again.

Simple but very tasty. We added a little extra Tamari sauce. We were apprehensive about the cauliflower rice, but it was very good.
