This simple yet flavorsome recipe takes low carb celery and bakes it in an oozy cheese sauce.

This is a great side dish to accompany grilled chicken or steaks.

I prefer to dice up my celery into bite size pieces. Nice twist on eating celery

What is an individual serving size... it says 1 pound... I must be misunderstanding

It says 4 servings, so 1/4 lb. each.

I tried it for dinner tonight and we really enjoyed it. I set the oven at 375 and it worked fine. The only thing that I'd change next time would be to cut the celery into large bite size pieces first.

So glad you enjoyed the recipe and thanks for catching the oven temperature! I have now amended this.

This sounds really scrumptious! Think I'll try it tomorrow.

At what temperature should the oven be set?

Step 2 says 400 degrees Fahrenheit but then recipewriter agreed with Reviewer omabradt who “set the oven at 375 and it worked fine” so 🤷🏽
