Keto Baked Spiced Chicken Wings
If you are craving crunchy fried chicken, but want to avoid deep-frying, then these low-carb wings are perfect for you. These mouthwatering baked wings are healthier than the fried version and make for the perfect appetizer. They are also a huge crowd-pleaser, so you better prepare a large batch.
How to prepare these crispy Keto wings?
The secret to their crunchy exterior and the juicy interior is the 2- step baking method. First, place these wings in the oven until they are cooked through. Then, take them out and toss them in a mixture of parmesan cheese, butter, and spices. Return them back to the oven, and broil them for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Are chicken wings Keto-friendly?
Many chicken wings recipes are not Keto-friendly because they are tossed in cornstarch or flour to help obtain a crispy coating. These Keto wings depend on the double baking method and parmesan coating to become crunchy and delicious.
Are these chicken wings gluten-free?
These crispy wings contain no grains, making them 100% gluten-free. They are also nut-free, making them suitable for people with gluten and nut allergies.
What can you serve with these crispy Keto wings?
These Keto wings are phenomenal on their own but also taste great with a variety of dips and sides. Try dipping them in Keto ranch or blue cheese sauce for a creamy combo. You can also pair them with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables for a healthy balanced meal.

Tasty but I think 2/3 cup of butter is too much. The wings were swimming in it, even after broiling
