Melt the butter in a microwave. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, red pepper flakes, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the eggs, butter, and one tablespoon of cream cheese. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Divide the mixture evenly between three ramekins. Microwave each for 90 seconds. When done, cool to room temperature.Step 3
Thinly slice the cucumber. Carefully remove each bread piece from the ramekins. Spread the remaining cream cheese over each piece and top with the smoked salmon and cucumber.Step 4
