Keto Salmon Burger Patties
These quick and easy Keto salmon patties make a great lunch or light dinner option. Our simple low carb burger patties are prepared with canned skinless and boneless salmon, fresh dill, chopped green olives, a hint of lemon zest and are bound together with egg. Once shaped, the burger patties are simply pan-fried in olive oil until golden brown all over. These tasty Keto patties are also suitable if you are following a Paleo diet.
How to Season Your Keto Fish Patties
We have added chopped green olives and fresh dill to our Keto burger patties. This recipe is, however, very versatile and easy to adapt. You could swap the olives for chopped capers or even use black olives and sub the dill for some fresh parsley or basil. The basic recipe makes a great base for you to experiment with your favorite low carb seasonings and flavors. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
Serving Suggestions
This Keto fish recipe makes a great protein-packed option for lunch or dinner. Perfect served with a Mediterranean salad or some buttered broccoli. Alternatively, you can serve the patties in your favorite low carb bun or wrap, turning them into a Keto burger. These would work well in a lettuce wrap or a Keto bread bun with a lemon mayonnaise dressing.

I loved this recipe. I added green onions, green goddess seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper and garlic powder.

Why throw away the broth, it's where all the flavour is. Keep the broth, add 1/2 cup of almond flour, and any spice you have in the cupboard that will go with salmon. Curry, dill, parsley, onion powder, celery seed...all good. Skip the added salt. One can of salmon makes five 1/4 cup patties.

i used 2 5oz cans of salmon and 1 large egg, no herbs, otherwise the same, and it made 3 patties. not a fan of green olives in the patties.

I was just thinking I wouldn't like the olives, either.

Tasty but a little dry.

I had never had salmon patties before, so I have nothing to compare with, but these were really good. Loved the lemon in it. I used flat leaf parsley instead of dill since that’s what I had at home & added a dash of crushed red pepper.

These were pretty good. Next time I will use less dill and crushed pork rinds to make the patties hold together better.

Yes, I'm looking at how I might tweak this recipe too. I'm not a fan of green olives and was thinking some bit of breading/crumb might make these crispier. Pork rinds is definitely a possibility for that, and Im also wondering if mayo might hold better/give better flavor and moisture than egg alone...

Pork rinds is a great idea!
