I noticed the parchment in the pictures is crinkly. Is there a reason for that?

I enjoy these a LOT! These can also be cooked in the microwave. Another way I make cheese chips is to just use sliced cheese in the same way. Sometimes I sprinkle coarse salt or taco seasoning on it. Taco seasoning is especially good on sharp cheddar cheese slices.
