Step 1
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low/medium heat. Add the cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine, melting the cream cheese.Step 2
Add the grated parmesan and heavy cream to the saucepan. Stir well to combine. Gently heat through until the sauce is thick and smooth. The sauce can now be served across your pizza base.
