Our almond flour mug bread is super simple and easy to make. You can combine all the ingredients into a heat-proof coffee mug. The entire Keto bread recipe can be made in only a couple of minutes and cooked in the microwave in under 2 minutes. The Keto bread contains a good amount of healthy fats and fiber, but feel free to add grass-fed butter on top or nut butter.

Psyllium Husk Powder

Coarse Kosher Salt
0.13 tsp
Baking powder

Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp

First, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, and baking powder. You can combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and then transfer them to a coffee mug at the end. Alternatively, you can combine all the ingredients directly into a tall coffee cup (about 10-12 oz).Step 2
Add in the egg. Mix very well. The mixture will be very thick at this point.Step 3
Combine boiling water and apple cider vinegar. Add this to the mixture as well. Mix extremely well to incorporate any dry spots. The mixture should bubble quite a bit.Step 4
Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave. Add an extra 30 seconds if necessary. Carefully remove the mug bread from the coffee cup onto a cutting board. Allow to cool thoroughly. Then cut the mug bread into 3-4 slices and enjoy immediately.
