Keto Jalapeño Cheese Dip

This Keto dip is loaded with fats, flavor, and a touch of spice. Our low carb dip is prepared with grated cheddar cheese, creamy mayonnaise, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, scallions, green bell pepper and jarred jalapeños. This flavorsome Keto dip is perfect for sharing, served with your favorite low carb dippers and crudités.

What Kind of Mayonnaise Should I Use?

We have used a Keto-friendly store-bought mayonnaise for this low carb snack recipe. When buying a store-bought mayonnaise, look for options that have minimal added ingredients and are free from added sugars. You can of course also use your own homemade mayonnaise. You will find an easy recipe for Keto-friendly mayonnaise in our sides section.

Can I Use a Different Cheese?

We have added tangy cheddar cheese and grated parmesan to our Keto snack recipe. You can swap the cheddar for an alternative sharp shredded cheese. You could also do a 50/50 mix of cheddar and mozzarella to add extra ooze to your dip! Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the grated cheddar, 1/4 cup of the grated parmesan, mayonnaise and cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.

    Finely dice the bell pepper and thinly slice the scallions. Add the bell pepper and scallions to the bowl with the cheese mixture. Drain the jalapeños and pat dry. Roughly chop and add them to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

    Spoon the mixture into a medium-sized oven dish and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan over the top of the dip. Transfer to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until bubbling and golden. Serve with your preferred low carb dippers.
