Keto Cheesy Turkey and Chorizo Meatballs
These richly flavored meatballs combine ground turkey with smokey Spanish chorizo, oozy mozzarella cheese, tangy parmesan, and aromatic fresh basil.

Ingredients
Ground Turkey
9 ounce
Fresh Food Spanish Chorizo by Sainsbury's
2 ounce
Basil, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Red Onion
½ small
Mozzarella Cheese
⅓ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a shallow oven tray.Step 2
Finely chop the chorizo, onion, garlic and basil and add to a mixing bowl along with the ground turkey, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix together well with your hands.Step 3
Divide the mixture into 12 even portions and roll into balls with your hands. Arrange across the prepared oven tray and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Flavor was good but the texture was very rubbery

Tasty. But I used can tomato paste and sauce to dab some acidic taste to it. Marvelous
