Keto Pizza Rolls
These little rolls are a delicious cross between a cheesy breadstick and garlic knot. When warm and hot out of the oven, the rolls have such a great texture and spring, just like real bread! The cheesy dough is stuffed with marinara sauce and baked, so all of the pizza goodness is tucked in one little roll. Feel free to dip them into your favorite sauce as well! Note that coconut milk was used in making the dough, but you can use regular dairy as well!

Ingredients
Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk
1 cup, grated
Coconut Milk by Aroy-d
1 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
Oregano, Dried
¼ teaspoon
Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon
Raw Egg
1 large
Raw Egg, White
1 medium
Almond Flour
9 tablespoon
Flaxseeds Whole And Ground
½ tbsp, ground
Baking Powder
1 teaspoon
Marinara Sauce by Rao's
2 tablespoon
Water
½ tablespoon
Sesame Seeds

Step 1
Combine the shredded cheese, coconut milk and olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 20 second increments and mixStep 2
Continue to microwave in increments until the cheese is fully melted (but be careful to make sure it doesn’t burn). Fold in the oregano and garlic powderStep 3
Mix in the egg, 1/2 cup of almond flour, ground flaxseed and half of the baking powder.Step 4
Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the dough from the fridge and mix in the last tablespoon of almond flour and 1/2 tsp. of baking powder. Form the dough into 4 equal sized balls.Step 6
Flatten each ball until they are about 1/4” thick. If the dough is sticky, lightly wet your hands while rolling and flattening. Add a small dollop of sauce to the center of the dough. Pinch each side of the dough up and over the sauce and roll so that they are a ball shape.Step 7
Mix an egg white with 1/2 tablespoon of water and mix together with a fork. Spread the egg wash on top of the balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Step 8
Arrange the balls on a parchment covered sheet pan about 2 inches apart from one another. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls begin to brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying. These rolls are best eaten warm and are even more delicious when you dip them into your favorite sauce.

Wow! Delicious! I added pepperoni and mozzarella inside and sprinkled with Parmesan. Even my husband liked them. Winner!

I added thinly sliced pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, it was fantastic!!! Really filling too! Great for a snack or eat a few for lunch or dinner. Thank you for such a great recipe.
