Looking for some great Keto air fryer recipes? These amazing yet simple Keto air fryer cookies are too good to be true. Using the air fryer will give you cookies that are perfectly crispy on the outside, while still soft and gooey on the inside. The dough can be prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days until ready to bake, which makes this recipe a true lifesaver for when you're in a hurry. It is a fantastic treat that will pair well with your favorite Keto coffee or tea recipe.

Can I bake these in the oven?

Absolutely! These Keto chocolate chip cookies will be perfect in the oven. Simply spread them over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C). When done, remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.

How to store Keto air fryer chocolate chip cookies?

Store them at room temperature in an air-tight container. These cookies will be absolutely perfect for up to 5 days. Just make sure to cool them completely before storing them.

Can I replace the Greek yogurt?

Yes, you can definitely replace Greek yogurt with the same amount of sour cream or even heavy whipping cream. Optionally, you can skip the Greek yogurt completely. In that case, your cookies will be a bit more firm but still wonderful.

  • Step 1

In a large bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and baking soda. Mix the ingredients well making sure to prevent any lumps. Optionally, add a pinch of cinnamon for a different flavor.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

Now, add the butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer with dough hooks, beat well until fully incorporated. This should take about 2-3 minutes. You will get a slightly sticky dough but that's completely fine.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Using a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. This will prevent the butter from spreading while baking.
    Step 3
  • Step 4

Scoop out about two tablespoons of the dough and roll it into a ball. Place the ball on a large piece of parchment paper and gently press down flat to form a cookie shape. Repeat with the remaining dough.
    Step 4
  • Step 5

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F/175°C. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper. Place the cookies into the basket about an inch apart.
    Step 5
  • Step 6

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cookies are golden around the edges, but still soft in the center. When done, gently remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely before serving.

Question, do you melt the butter before adding it? Or just soften it?
