Keto Celery and Mint Juice
Celery juice may be all the hype right now, but that doesn’t mean you should buy an overpriced one to get the benefits. This Keto celery juice recipe is super easy to prepare (you don’t even need a juicer) and costs a fraction of what you might pay for outside. This beverage may also help to flush toxins out of your body and add nutrients to your diet.
When to drink this Keto juice?
The best time for Keto juice recipes is first thing in the morning. Consume this beverage on an empty stomach for optimum results, but feel free to drink it between meals.
How to make this Keto celery juice?
Juicing recipes are not supposed to be over complicated, even if you don’t have a juicer. Thoroughly wash the celery and mint. Peel the ginger and roughly chop it along with the celery. Add the celery, ginger, and mint to the blender with lemon juice and water. Blend until a creamy green mixture forms. Place a sieve on top of a bowl or jug and line it with a clean kitchen cloth or cheesecloth. Pour the mixture and let it strain. Twist and squeeze the cloth to release all the liquid. Pour the green juice into a glass and drink immediately.
Can you customize this recipe?
Of course, you can! Feel free to add as many ingredients as you want, as long as they are Keto-friendly or in Keto-friendly quantities. We recommend packing this juice with refreshing, nutrient-rich foods like small amounts of apple, citrus, small amounts of pineapple, turmeric, cucumber, or berries. If adding fruit, make sure to monitor the quantities because carbs add up quickly.
