Ingredients
Garlic
2 clove
Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Red Onion
½ small
Vegetable Broth, Bouillon Or Consomme
⅓ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Cauliflower Rice

Step 1
Thickly slice the onion. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the onion slices. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crisp at the edges. Remove from the skillet and set to one side.Step 2
Melt the butter in the skillet. Crush the garlic and add to the pan along with the cauliflower rice and cook for a minute or so.Step 3
Add the stock and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is cooked through.Step 4
Stir through the crispy onions to serve.

You need to add the 1.5 cups cauliflower rice to the actual ingredients list please . This is simple and delicious thanks
