Almond Butter, Unsalted
1 cup
Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
1 tablespoon
Ginger, Ground
1 tablespoon
Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon
Coconut Oil
⅓ cup
100% Pure Erythritol by Now
¼ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the erythritol to a food processor and blend until you reach a powdered consistency.Step 2
Add the almond butter, coconut oil, ginger, cinnamon, cocoa powder and salt to the food processor and blend until completely smooth.Step 3
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour in the fudge mixture.Step 4
Transfer to a freezer for 2 hours to set. Slice into 8 even squares to serve.

First Keto fudge I’ve made didn’t like it. Only had xylitol and used half the amount so maybe that’s why.
