Provolone Cheese, Natural
4 slice- each 3/4 ounce
Avocado, Black Skin, California Type
2 ounce
Salt

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 4 slices of provolone cheese. Place ½ oz avocado on one side of each cheese slice. Sprinkle the salt over the avocado.Step 2
Bake the tray for just 5 minutes in the oven. Allow the tray to cool for approx. 2-3 minutes before using a spatula to push the cheese over the avocado into a roll.Step 3
