Keto Roasted Bok Choy

28 ratings

This is a go-to side recipe in my house! It is super simple to make and takes less than 10 minutes. Be sure to smash the garlic cloves, so they don’t burn in the oven, and make sure to cut the baby bok choy in half. One serving is one head of baby bok choy.

For the soy sauce, use tamari which is wheat-free/ gluten-free.

I used San-J Tamari Sauce. More keto-friendly etc than soy sauce

Very good and not watery like most bok choy dishes. I used sesame oil instead of olive,, and garnished with the seeds! Will definitely try this with other veggies!

Why soy sauce? Coconut aminos are more keto friendly

First time I tried this vegetable and I Absolutely LOVED IT in this recipe! Loved the Asian flavor as well the crunch adds for great texture! Glad I made a few servings! 💜💜

Baby Bok Choy wasn’t what we bought. We’ll have to follow the directions more closely. Regular bok choy was too wilted and watery.
