Place the eggs into an ice bath with plenty of ice and very cold water. Using the ice bath will shock the eggs and prevent further cooking. It will also help the shells peel a lot easier.

Crack the eggs on the larger end and peel the egg under a thin stream of cool running water. Place in a clean container and enjoy! You can also leave cooked hard-boiled eggs in their shells and peel them right before serving.
