Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and arrange the chicken thighs across an oven tray.Step 2
Slice the butter into 6 even portions. Carefully tease the skin away from the chicken thigh fillets and rub the thigh meat with a portion of the butter, placing the skin back over the buttered thigh meat.Step 3
Season the skin well with salt and pepper. Transfer the thighs to the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through, spooning the melted butter and pan juices over the chicken halfway through. The chicken juices should run clear and the skin should be crisp and golden.

This sounds very good except for the skin which I cannot stand to eat. How would I revise?

First, give me the skin. 😂 perhaps remove the skin and rub the butter just as if the skin was there.
