Keto Easy Egg Fast Vanilla Coffee

The Egg Fast diet requires that you consume one egg within 30 minutes of waking. Having a delicious egg fast coffee recipe at your disposal will be so helpful! This delicious Egg Fast vanilla coffee is the perfect way to start your day. Strongly brewed coffee is highly recommended! The coffee is blended with a good quality egg, salted butter, and sugar-free vanilla syrup. The result is a flavorful, sweet, and creamy coffee with lots of body.

Does the Egg Fast diet allow sugar-free syrup?

Yes, you can have very small amounts of seasonings as long as it equals < 1 g net carbs. Sugar-free syrups should be used in moderation regardless!

What kind of eggs should I use?

Since you will only be eating eggs for the next few days, be sure to buy high-quality pasture-raised eggs higher in Omega 3 fats.

At what temperature is salmonella in eggs cured?

The egg should reach 160 F. If you are concerned about salmonella. Feel free to take the temperature of the coffee with the egg blended into it. Briefly microwave the mixture until it hits 160 F.

I was hesitant and a little grossed out to be honest, but it was surprisingly really creamy and good. I scanned kerry gold butter, skinny girl vanilla syrup, and my egg and got a total of 0 carbs and 0 fiber

Why does it say 16g of carbs? My sf syrup has 0 carbs, and the regular eggfast coffee is only 1 g of carbs.

Seems like anybody can adjust the nutrients at the bottom. Now I know not to trust it, but scan foods that I use to get an accurate number. I scanned kerry gold butter, skinny girl vanilla syrup, and my egg and got a total of 0 carbs and 0 fiber

I was skeptical putting raw egg in coffee but it surprisingly tasted pretty good.
