Keto Beef Kheema Pav With Green Beans
This mildy spiced beef dish is inspired by the flavours of a traditional kheema pav.

Ground Beef
1 pound
Garlic
1 clove
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
1 cup, cut pieces
Cinnamon, Ground
½ teaspoon
Ginger, Ground
1 teaspoon
Chili Powder
1 teaspoon
Cumin, Ground
1 teaspoon
Ground Coriander
½ x 1 tsp
Cloves, Ground
⅛ teaspoon
Turmeric, Ground
⅛ teaspoon
Tomato, Canned
⅓ cup
Beef Broth, Bouillon Or Consomme, Homemade
¾ cup
Scallions
2 medium - 4 1/8" long
Salt, Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Step 1
Heat a tablespoon of olive in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the ground beef and fry until browned all over.Step 2
Mince the garlic and add to the pan along with the dried herbs and spices, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Continue to cook for a further minute or two.Step 3
Add the green beans, stock and tomatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.Step 4
Finely slice the scallions and scatter over the cooked mince to serve.
