Low Carb Air Fryer Paneer Wraps
Here is an excellent Indian-inspired Keto air fryer recipe that is vegetarian too! Creamy paneer is diced and tossed with avocado oil, salt, and garam masala. The paneer cubes are crisped up in the air fryer and then tossed with coleslaw mix, lime juice, and then wrapped in a gluten-free Keto wrap with diced fresh cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Feel free to add hot sauce or a Low Carb friendly chutney on top before wrapping.
What if I do not have an air fryer?
If you do not have an air fryer, you can crisp up the paneer cubes in a 375 F oven until golden brown and crispy.
Do I have to use a coleslaw mix?
No, you can also easily slice a head of cabbage thinly and place it inside the wrap as well.
Where can I find paneer?
Paneer can be found at Indian grocery stores and some Asian grocery stores. If you cannot find paneer, you can easily make it yourself.

Really liked this- it was light and different. I ate it without the wrap. Felt it could have used a sauce of some kind or perhaps soaking the paneer in something to absorb more flavour.
