Fried Pork Rinds

Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon
Rice Seasoning by Nori Fumi Furikake

Preheat an oven to 375 F. Toss the pork rinds with the avocado oil and bake for 5 minutes.Step 2
Place heated pork rinds in a bowl and toss with furikake seasoning. Taste adding more seasoning, if desired.

I use pork rinds for a breading. With the right spices it’s very good especially when making chicken fingers.

Generally don't like pork rinds now and would like to ... They're somehow not delicious like when I was a kid visiting the butchers.
