Keto Mixed Berry Cooler
Make these non alcoholic Keto mixed berry coolers any time you need a refreshing moment from life - better still, prepare a batch! These coolers use fresh berries to create a homemade syrup. The berry syrup infuses your choice of sparkling water for a simple and easy drink. This basic recipe can have other flavors added to it for personal twists and tastes. Make a large batch of the berry syrup and keep it stored in your refrigerator. Then, you can make a fresh, fizzy drink whenever you want, and it won’t take you any time at all. Kids and adults can enjoy this fun but healthy beverage.
Flavor combinations to try
You can do a lot with sparkling water, and it’s a great ingredient to use on the Keto diet! You can keep the berry flavor light by using plain sparkling water in the recipe or intensify things with berry-flavored sparkling water. For a twist, try lime or lemon-flavored water. For a fresher flavor, add a squeeze of your favorite citrus juice.
Best berries on the Keto diet
The fruit with the lowest carbs are berries, which is why they’re popular on the Keto diet. You can make non-alcoholic Keto drinks with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Berries have fewer carbs than other fruit because they store less sugar per serving and more fiber. When eaten in moderation, you can frequently enjoy berries on the Keto diet!

Step 1
Add frozen berries to a saucepot and fill the pot with water until the berries are just covered. Add lemon juice and liquid stevia drops to the pot. Cover with a lid and bring the pot to a boil.Step 2
Boil the berries until they’re soft enough to mash with a fork. Remove the pot from your stove and use an immersion blender or standing blender to blend the berries and water. Strain the mixture to remove all the pulp - you should be left with a purple liquid.Step 3
Return the purple liquid to your saucepot and bring it to a simmer. Simmer the liquid until it reduces by about half. Now, you’ll need to set the liquid aside to cool (about an hour). This time is noted in the recipe prep time.Step 4
Once the berry liquid is cooled, prepare glasses by filling them with ice. Each serving gets 2 tablespoons of berry liquid poured over ice. Pour 6-8 fluid ounces of plain sparkling water into each glass before serving.
