Keto Balsamic Roasted Chicken Thighs with Radishes

11 ratings

These sweet and sticky chicken thighs are baked in a balsamic, lakanto syrup and rosemary glaze and accompanied by tender roasted radishes.

This is a great option for Sunday lunch or a quick and easy one tray meal for weeknights.

Love these flavors. Even my family who are not Keto love this meal.

Quick and easy and fantastic flavour - used chicken thighs fillet instead and a mix of rosemary and other herbs (herbes de Provence blend). Tasted amazing! 10/10

10/10 highly recommend! For those who are not the biggest fan of fake maple syrup, I suggest Choc Zero. It's surprisingly good.

WHERE ARE the directions for the olive oil and the garlic?

Hi, the oil is added in step 2. There shouldn't be any garlic in this recipe. Thank you for your feedback :)

Too bad that so many Keto dishes are made with this nasty Maple flavor syrup... I hate the taste of maple.

Yes, I'm not a fan either. It's only a teaspoon and a half, so if you go real maple syrup, that's a little over 1 carb per serving.
