OMG these sound delicious! I’m going to make them tonight. Will update my comment after I’ve had a chance to try one (or maybe two).

Well if you like cheese and bacon, then you’ll love these….! Mine remain quite gooey (but nice and a great pick me up if you’re not that hungry but want a pick me up). Has anyone tried putting them in the oven to crisp the cheese up??

Perhaps a butane cooking torch? I'll give that a shot.

Didn’t like on its own, stuffed 1 stalk of celery with 1 serving yum. My new snack.

Has anyone exchanged walnuts for pecans? Or almonds?

I really enjoyed these, but want to use a ‘stronger’ blue cheese next time.

I just made these but did not have time to wait for a snack before work so thought I would share that it also makes a great dip using cucumber slices for dippers! Just take 1/6th of the mixture for the same macros :) super yummy but so simple! Thank you!

Does 2 balls = 1 serving? I’m confused, please clarify.

Hi! 1 serving is one fat bomb. Each fat bomb is 1g net carbs 12g fat. Hope that helps!

Oh dear lord. Reminds me of the cheese balls I make at Christmas time. I used Gorganzola in mine.
