Keto Frozen Yogurt Blueberry Bark

8 ratings

Who doesn’t love tangy, cool greek yogurt? Frozen into a dessert treat, you can beat the heat or crunch into your cravings any time of year. Fresh blueberries are mixed in to add a naturally sweet flavor, enhanced with vanilla and a little stevia.

These were pretty good and easy to make. I will substitute blueberries with unsweetened chocolate chips the next time I try it. How long are these good for in refrigerator or freezer?

Tasty but melts too quickly? I also feel like after having one bark, I crave more sweets?

I'm substituting stevia in the raw with just stevia drops. How many drops should I use?

Sounds good but with Swerve. I’m not crazy about Greek yogurt. What about whipped cream and cream cheese 🤔.

This could be a substitute! Cream your cream cheese until it's extra smooth and soft before folding in whipped cream.

I think a little 85% chocolate would be a nice sub for the stevia/sugar.... to my keto toned taste buds even 85% tastes sweet to me!

Can I use something else in place of that sugar?

There are many keto sugar substitutes you can use. Stevia is the most popular, but many use erythritol too.

It is raw cane sugar and stevia.
