Black Olives

Walnuts
2 tablespoon, halves
Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon
Tomato
1 medium - 2 3/5" diameter
Capers
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar
½ tablespoon
Cucumber
⅓ large - 8 1/4" long
Basil, Fresh
¼ cup, whole pieces
Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Add the walnuts to a dry skillet over a low/medium heat and toast gently for 3-4 minutes.Step 2
Finely dice the cucumber and tomato, roughly chop the basil and thinly slice the olives. Add to a serving bowl along with the capers, season and toss to combine.Step 3
Crumble over the feta cheese and walnuts.Step 4
Whisk together the oil and balsamic. Drizzle over the salad to serve.
