Add the pumpkin seeds to a food processor and pulse to combine.Step 2
Blend the nuts until they form a very fine crumb - you may need to stop and start the blender to prevent overheating.Step 3
Add the coconut oil and salt and sweetener if required. Blend to a smooth butter. This may take some time depending on the strength of your blender. Ensure you do not allow the machine to overheat.
