Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoon 
- Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick - 3 tsp 
- Cauliflower Florets by Flavorite - 2 cup 
- Tahini - 2 teaspoon 
- Garlic - 1 clove 
- Lemon Juice, Fresh - 1 tablespoon 
- Salt, Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon 
Recipe Steps

- Step 1 Add the cauliflower to a small saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Drain completely and set aside to steam dry.
- Step 2 Add the cauliflower to a food processor along with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, paprika and salt. Blend until well combined.
- Step 3 With the food processor motor still running, add the olive oil a little at a time and blend to your desired hummus consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings if required. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
