Ingredients
Olive Oil
3 tablespoon
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick
3 tsp
Cauliflower Florets by Flavorite
2 cup
Tahini
2 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
1 teaspoon

Step 1
Add the cauliflower to a small saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Drain completely and set aside to steam dry.Step 2
Add the cauliflower to a food processor along with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, paprika and salt. Blend until well combined.Step 3
With the food processor motor still running, add the olive oil a little at a time and blend to your desired hummus consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings if required. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
