  • Step 1

    Add the cauliflower to a small saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Drain completely and set aside to steam dry.

    Add the cauliflower to a food processor along with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, paprika and salt. Blend until well combined.

    With the food processor motor still running, add the olive oil a little at a time and blend to your desired hummus consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings if required. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
